How to Use
1. Boarding at Incheon (Incheon Airport → Seoul)
① Please exchange your QR code for a paper ticket at the Incheon Airport ticket office.
② Present your paper ticket upon boarding.

  ※ Incheon Airport Ticket Offices:
  - Terminal 1: Indoor airport bus ticket counter near Gate 4, 1st Floor.
  - Terminal 2: West side ticket counter, Transportation Center, B1 Floor.

2. Boarding at Seoul (Seoul → Incheon Airport)
① Before boarding, please check if the bus is 'K Airport Limousine'
② Scan the QR code of your ticket on the terminal provided by the driver.
③ You may board once you hear the voice prompt, "Successfully approved."

Notice
• Tickets cannot be used on buses other than K Airport Limousine.
• When boarding at Incheon Airport, you must exchange your QR voucher for a paper ticket at the designated ticket office.

Regulations for Children Companion Boarding
• Free boarding for one child under the age of 6 for each adult with the purchase of one ticket.
• Boarding Process : One seat is assigned for both adult and child. However, two seats may be provided if there are remaining seats available.
Luggage Regulation
• Per paying passenger, two pieces of luggage up to a total weight of 40 kg are transported free of charge.
• In case the passenger's luggage exceeds the weight and number of items, an excess luggage fee may be charged within the range of 50% of the passenger's fare per piece of luggage (40kg or less).

  • THE LOUNGE collects personal information through the following methods:

    ① If users agree to the collection of personal information and directly input it during the membership registration and service usage process, the relevant information is collected.

    ② Personal information may also be collected through various channels such as web pages, email, fax, and telephone during consultation processes via customer service centers.

    ③ Personal information may be collected through written forms at offline events, seminars, etc.

    ④ THE LOUNGE may receive personal information from affiliated external companies or organizations. In such cases, the affiliated companies provide the personal information to THE LOUNGE after obtaining consent from the users in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.

    ⑤ Generated information such as device information may be automatically generated and collected during the use of PC web and mobile web/apps.


  • 1) When consented to receive event information, the purpose of processing additional personal information and collected personal information is used for the purpose of developing new services, providing custom services, and providing opportunities for event participation.
  • 2) During service utilization, the user's IP address, cookies, service use records, device information, operating system version, and network carrier name may be collected from app version creation.

2. Provision of Personal Information to a Third Party

THE LOUNGE shall handle personal information within the scope stipulated in Article 1 above. The personal information shall NOT be disclosed to a third party unless the provisions of Articles 17 and 18 (ex: getting approval, particular laws, etc.) met.

4. Rights, Obligations, and Exercise Methods of Information Subject and Legal Representative

  • 1) As the subject of personal information, users can exercise the following rights.

  • 2) Users can view, modify, or delete their personal information through 'THE LOUNGE app Settings > Edit Profile and Membership Termination,' and they may also request access to their personal information.
  • 3) Users may request the suspension of personal data processing at any time; however, such requests may be denied if there are specific legal provisions that warrant it.
  • 4) Users may withdraw their consent for the collection and use of personal information at any time through options such as 'Membership Termination'.
  • 5) If the user is under the age of 14, the child’s legal guardians has the right to view and update the child’s personal information, and to revoke his/her consent to the collection and use of the child’s personal information.
  • 6) Shall the subject of information request for correction or deletion of errors in personal information, eBridge Co., Ltd. will not use or provide their personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
  • 7) Users and legal guardians may exercise their rights through the 'THE LOUNGE App > Settings > 'Edit Profile' and 'Membership Termination', 1:1 Inquiry in the app and Email Inquiry on the website, as well as by contacting the company in writing, by phone, via email, or by FAX. The company will promptly respond to such requests.
  • 8) Users must not violate related laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act, and infringe upon the personal information and privacy of themselves or others being processed by the company.

5. Deletion of Personal Information

The retention and use period of the collected personal information is from the time of signing the service use contract (member registration) to the termination of the service use contract (withdrawal application). In principle, the company destroys the information without delay after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved. However, if it is necessary to preserve it in accordance with the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations, the company will keep the member information for a certain period set forth in the relevant laws and regulations as follows;

    After the purpose is achieved, the user's personal information is transferred to a separate DB (in the case of paper, a separate filing cabinet), and in accordance with the internal policy and the reason for information protection pursuant to other relevant laws ('purpose of processing and collection and retention of personal information' is required). Refer to Information Table 1.1) After being stored for a certain period of time, it is destroyed. At this time, the personal information transferred to a separate DB is not used for purposes other than those specified by the law or exceeding the purpose agreed to by the member.
  • 2) Destruction method:
    Personal information printed on paper is shredded with a shredder or destroyed by incineration, and personal information stored in the form of electronic files is destroyed using technical or physical methods that cannot reproduce records.

6. Installation · Operation and Rejection of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices

  • 1) Installation and Operation of an Automatic Personal Information Collection Device:
    During service utilization process, user's IP address, cookies, service usage records, device information, operating system version, carrier network name, and app version may be created and collected.
  • 2) Refusal of Cookie Value Collection
    Users may adjust web browser settings to allow all cookies, check cookies each time it's saved, or refuse to save all cookies. However, if users refuse to install cookies, browser usage may become inconvenient and some login-required services may be difficult to use.

7. Measures to ensure the Stability of Personal Information

THE LOUNGE is taking necessary technical/administrative and physical measures to ensure the safety of personal information as follows;
  • 1) Conduct Self-Audit Regularly
    THE LOUNGE conducts internal audits on a regular basis (quarterly) to ensure the safety of handling personal information.
  • 2) Minimization and Training of employee handling Personal Information
    Measures are implemented to manage personal information by limited number of designated employees.
  • 3) Establishment and Implementation of Internal Management Plan
    Internal management plan has been established and implemented for safe processing of personal information.
  • 4) Technical Measures against Hacking, etc.
    To prevent outflow and damage of personal information from hacking or computer viruses, Concert Co., Ltd. shall install security program in areas with controlled access and monitors technically/physically.
  • 5) Encryption of Personal Information
    Only users themselves can know personal information and passwords as all data are encrypted and stored. Encrypting file and transfer data, or file security locks are being used as separate functions for important data.
  • 6) Preservation of Access Records and Fraud Prevention
    Access records to personal information processing system are being preserved and managed for at least 6 months, and security functions are being used to prevent forgery, theft, and loss of access records.
  • 7) Access Restriction to Personal Information
    The Lounge takes necessary measures to control access to personal information by granting, changing, and canceling access rights to the database system that processes personal information, and control unauthorized access from outside by using an intrusion prevention system.

8. Details of Person in charge of Personal Information Protection

  • 1) In order to take overall responsibility for the work related to customers' personal information, and to handle complaints and damage relief related to personal information, the person in charge of personal information protection and the department in charge are designated and operated as follows. For inquiries, complaints, and damage relief related to all personal information protection that may occur while using the services provided by the company, you may contact the following and eBridge Co., Ltd. will answer and process such inquiries without delay.
  • 2) Users can inquire about personal information protection-related inquiries, complaint handling, damage relief, etc. that occurred while using the service of eBridge Co., Ltd. to the person in charge of personal information protection and the department in charge. eBridge Co., Ltd. will respond to and handle inquiries from users without delay.

Terms of Use

The Lounge Consolidated Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions set out rights, obligations, and all necessary matters between eBridge Co., Ltd. and Customer in relation to the use of the airport lounge service provided by eBridge Co., Ltd.

[Article 1] Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to stipulate Members' rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Services provided to Members by 'The Lounge' operated by eBridge Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Company")

[Article 2] Definition

The definitions of terms used in this Terms and Conditions are as follows:
  • 1. 'The Lounge' refers to an application developed by the "Company" to enable users to authenticate or purchase the voucher for the services provided through the use of information and communication facilities such as computers and mobile devices. Additionally, the term is used to indicate the business operator of 'The Lounge.'
  • 2. 'Member' refers to a person who wishes to use the 'Service' provided by the “Company”, by registering on 'The Lounge' through the consent of providing personal information, and a person who receives the 'Service' provided by 'The Lounge'.
  • 3. 'Affiliate' refers to the company that has entered into a business partnership with the "Company" and provides services.
  • 4. 'Service' refers to the use of services by 'Members' provided by affiliates in business partnership with the company. The detailed provisions regarding 'Services' are outlined in Article 4.
  • 5. 'User' refers to both members and non-members who use the services provided in accordance with these terms through 'The Lounge'.

[Article 3] Member Registration

  • 1. Customer who wishes to use the 'Service' shall agree to the Terms and Conditions and register in 'The Lounge' Application by providing an E-mail address, Password, and Passport English Name, etc.
  • 2. The "Company" may refuse Member Registration in the following situations, and membership may be suspended even after registration is completed, if the following reasons are identified :

    • 1) In case of the entry of incorrect information or the use of another person's name.

    2) In case the e-mail address entered for Member Registration has already been registered.

  • 3. 'Service' is available to individuals over the age of 14.

[Article 4] Regulation for the Use of Service

  • 1. "Company" performs the following tasks:

    • 1) Provision of product information for services sold by the “Company”

    2) Vouchers issued through sales by the 'Company.'

  • 2. In the event that the "Company" changes the service to be provided to a member for reasons such as quality changes or technical specifications, the reason will be immediately notified to the member.
  • 3. The "Company" may entrust part or all of the service to a third party, such as an affiliate, if it deems necessary.
  • 4. The Vouchers issued by 'The Lounge' are as follows:

    • 1) Lounge Vouchers issued through the membership benefits of affiliated credit cards

    2) Vouchers issued through the "Company's" Coupon

  • 5. ‘The Lounge’ service is available at domestic and overseas locations of affiliated lounges.
  • 6. The vouchers issued through credit card membership benefits as part of the services provided by 'The Lounge' are non-transferable. To use such vouchers, individuals must present the voucher provided in the "Company" mobile app and any other documentation requested by the company. However, vouchers purchased by members are transferable to others.
  • 7. Service operationg hours and amenities are subject to the standards set by the affiliated locations.
  • 8. Access may be restricted based on the policies of government agencies, airport authorities, and other relevant organizations.
  • 9. Access to the service's affiliated locations may be restricted in the event of limited or full capacity, and limitations may apply based on the circumstances of the affiliated locations.

[Article 5] Use of Service

  • 1. The ‘Service' provided by the "Company" are as follows:

    • 1) Redeem Service Voucher : Service provided by 'The Lounge' can be used through the credit card membership benefits or by registering a purchased voucher

    2) Service Voucher Storage: Details of the vouchers issued by 'The Lounge' can be viewed.

  • 2. The method of the 'Service' provided by the "Company" is as follows:

    • 1) Credit Card : Registering an affiliated credit card through our partnership enables you to access services for free through the membership benefits offered by the card.

    2) Voucher : User or member can use the service by registering purchased vouchers or those received as gifts from third parties.

  • 3. The Method of 'Events' conducted by the "Company" is as follows:

    • 1) Participation in events is subject to Member consent to the collection of personal information, and personal information protection laws apply to the collected data.

    2) Same Event and Campaign participation is limited to one per Member. Multiple participation may result in disqualification from Event and/or Campaign.


[Article 6] Suspension of Service

  • 1. The "Company" may temporarily suspend the provision of Service in the event of maintenance, inspection, replacement or breakdown of telecommunication facilities such as computers, or disruption of communication.
  • 2. If a service discuption occurs for a considerable period of time due to The Lounge's fault, resulting in repeated entry rejections, the Lounge is responsible for compensating for damages suffered by the user or a third party in accordance with Article 17, Paragraph 1. However, this does not apply if ‘The Lounge’ proves that there was no intention or negligence.

[Article 7] Refund and Statute of Limitations of the Voucher

  • 1. Vouchers issued by the "Company" in the form of gifts, employee benefit vouchers, invitation vouchers, or vouchers issued in a similar form cannot be exchanged or refunded
  • 2. To receive a full refund after purchasing a voucher, consumers must cancel or request a refund within 14 days.
  • 3. If the user receives a refund pursuant to paragraph 2, the users’ qualifications will be immediately lost. In addition to the refund period in paragraph 2, the criteria for users to receive a refund are as follows.

    • 1) In the event that a refund is requested before the expiration date, the full amount of the voucher payment will be refunded.


[Article 8] Account Unsubscription and Loss of Rights, etc

  • 1. In the event that a Member wishes to unsubscribe from 'The Lounge', 'The Lounge' shall immediately delete the account upon receiving the request.
  • 2. Shall Member be subject to any of the following reasons, 'The Lounge' may limit or suspend their Rights. Moreover, if the "Company" suffers any of the following damages, the member is required to compensate for the damages.

    • 1) Registering false information when applying for the membership

    2) Threatening the order of e-commerce, such as interfering with other people's use of 'The Lounge' or stealing the information

    3) In the case of using 'The Lounge' to act against the law or these Terms and Conditions, or against public order and morals

    4) Any act of theft of other people’s information

    5) In the event that the right to use the service or other contractual status with 'The Lounge' is transferred, leased, or provided as collateral

    6) In the case of conducting sales activities using the service without the prior written consent of 'The Lounge'

    7) Any harm or change to the service

    8) In case the information obtained through the service is reproduced for purposes other than using the service without prior consent from 'The Lounge', used for publication or broadcasting, or provided to a third party

    9) Distributing information that is insulting, defamatory, vulgar or obscene that violates public order and morals

    10) The act of collecting personal information of others

    11) An act of harassing or threatening other users, or causing continuous pain or inconvenience to specific users

  • 3. If the same act is repeated twice or more after 'The Lounge' has restricted or suspended the membership, or if the cause is not fixed within 30 days, the "Company" may terminate the membership.
  • 4. If ‘The Lounge’ terminates consumer’s membership status, the membership registration is canceled. In such cases, the member shall be notified and given an opportunity to explain at least 30 days before the member registration is canceled.

[Article 9] Notification

  • 1. If 'The Lounge' notifies a member, it can be done through the e-mail address submitted by the member when registering as a member of 'The Lounge'.
  • 2. 'The Lounge' can replace individual notices by posting them on the 'The Lounge' noticeboard for more than one week in case of notice to unspecified members. However, individual notices are given for matters that have a significant impact on the member's own transaction.

[Article 10] Privacy Policy

  • 1. Personal information protection is subject to the provisions of the personal information handling policy posted separately on the website of 'The Lounge'.
  • 2. The "Company" may collect a minimum amount of personal information necessary for the use of Service with the Member's consent. Personal Information protection laws apply to the collected data.
  • 3. Members may, at any time, withdraw their consent to the collection, provision, and use of personal information, and may request to access and correct errors in their personal data.
  • 4. Members must ensure to enter or update accurate information during the membership and card registration process. The "Company" will not be liable for any disadvantages that may rise from the incorrect information entered by the Member, such as a failure to receive an e-mail notification.
  • 5. The "Company" may provide the Member's personal information to affiliates with the purpose of in-app Service provision and Marketing utilization to provide Quality Service and benefits to Members through various promotions.

[Article 11] Obligations of 'The Lounge'

  • 1. 'The Lounge' shall not engage in any acts prohibited by the law or these Terms and Conditions or against public order and morals, and shall do its best to provide continuous and stable services in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
  • 2. 'The Lounge' shall be equipped with a security system to protect the Members' personal information (including credit information) and ensure safe usage of Internet Services.
  • 3. ''The Lounge' shall not send commercial e-mails to unwanted Members.

[Article 12] Obligations for Member's ID and Password

  • 1. Except in the case of Article 10, the Member is responsible for managing their ID and password
  • 2. Members should not permit a third party to use his/her ID and password.
  • 3. Shall any Member realize that his/her ID and password have been stolen or is being used by a third party, he/she must notify the “Company” immediately and follow instructions given by 'The Lounge'.

[Article 13] Member's Obligations

User should not conduct the following:
  • 1. Enter false information during registration or modification process
  • 2. Theft of other person's information
  • 3. Changing or intentionally attempting to change information posted on 'The Lounge'
  • 4. Posting or Transmission of information (computer programs, etc.) other than those specified by 'The Lounge'
  • 5. Infringement of intellectual property rights of 'The Lounge' and other third parties, such as copyrights
  • 6. Acts of damaging the reputation of 'The Lounge' and other third parties or interfering with the business
  • 7. Disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages/videos/voices/other information against public order and morals on 'The Lounge' service
  • 8. The act of not using various events (coupons, etc.) services of ‘The Lounge’ in accordance with the "Company" service policy
  • 9. In accordance with internal guidelines, 'The Lounge' will not engage in behaviors that go beyond the usual scope, such as using offensive language, derogatory remarks, or displaying intimidation during any procedures related to offering arbitration to resolve disputes, or the operation of voluntary dispute resolution centers for handling customer complaints.
  • 10. The act of purchasing goods and services with transactions restricted by law
  • 11. The act of transferring, giving, or providing the right to use the service of 'The Lounge' or other status under the service contract to another person as collateral

[Article 14] Amendment of Terms and Conditions

If there are amendments to these terms and conditions, the "Company" will notify users at least 7 days prior to the effective date, specifying the effective date and reasons for the changes. However, in the case of amendments that are disadvantageous to the members, we will notify them through the same method at least 30 days prior to the effective date and provide individual notification through email or other means. In cases where individual notification is impractical due to unprovided or unmodified contact information, the public announcement will serve as individual notification.

[Article 15] Dispute Resolution

  • 1. The “Company" installs or operates a damage compensation handling organization in accordance with relevant laws and internal policies of the "Company" to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and compensate for the damages.
  • 2. The "Company" strives to deal with complaints and opinions submitted by users with priority, and in the case of brokerage products, guides and third parties may arbitrate according to internal policies for smooth consultation with users. However, if prompt processing is difficult, the user is notified immediately of the reason and the expected processing schedule.

[Article 16] Disclaimer

  • 1. In the event of service limitations due to guidelines from government agencies, aviation authorities, and other relevant authorities, as well as circumstances related to affiliated partners (full occupancy, unavoidable operational hour reduction due to the unavoidable circumstances of affiliated partners), we disclaim responsibility for such restrictions on service usage.
  • 2. The "Company" shall not be liable for any damages caused by the inability of Service provision due to natural disasters, force majeure equivalent to this, or system instability.
  • 3. The company disclaim responsibility for any disadvantages arising from inaccuracies in the personal information provided by the 'Member,' such as name, email, or mobile phone number.
  • 4. The “Company” is exempted from liability in the event of damages caused by telecommunication service providers stopping or not providing normal telecommunication services. In addition, liability is waived for damages caused by the interruption of normal service and provision due to the user's personal information communication network failure, failure, or interference with a specific security media program.
  • 5. The “Company” is exempted from responsibility for damages caused by unavoidable reasons such as maintenance, replacement, regular inspection, and construction of service facilities.
  • 6. The "Company" is not responsible for any failure or disassembly of service use due to reasons attributable to the users.
  • 7. The "Company" is not responsible for any damages caused by errors in the user's computer, mobile devices, or similar devices.
  • 9. The “Company” is not responsible for damages caused by data obtained by users while using the service. In addition, the "Company" is not responsible for compensating for any mental damage suffered by other users while using the service.
  • 10. The "Company" is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, etc. of various information, data, and facts posted by users on the "Company".
  • 11. The "Company" is not responsible for damages incurred by users due to the service quality of individual affiliated locations.

[Article 17] Compensation for Damage

  • 1. 'The Company' is liable to compensate for damages caused to users or third parties due to the fault of 'The Company' up to the extent of normal damages. Normal damages are limited to the value of 'The Lounge' products used by the user.
  • 2. Shall any damage result due to the violation of terms under this Terms and Conditions by the Member, they shall be liable to compensate the "Company" and all other objections that may rise including damage claims or lawsuits from a third party.
  • 3. If a user violates the provisions of these terms and conditions and causes damages to the “Company”, the user who violates these terms and conditions is responsible for compensating for damages incurred to the “Company” within the limit of normal damages. In the event that we receive each objection, including a claim or lawsuit from a third party, the “Company” must also be compensated for the damages.

[Article 18] Special Provisions (Others)

  • 1. Terms and Conditions mentioned within are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  • 2. In case of a dispute arising between 'The Lounge' and a user, the jurisdiction of the lawsuit shall be subject to the agreement between the parties, and if there is no prior agreement, the jurisdictional provisions of the Civil Procedure Act shall apply.
  • 3. This Agreement may be amended to the extent that it does not violate related statutes such as; 「Consumer Protection Act on Electronic Commerce, etc.」, 「Regulation of Terms and Conditions Act」, 「Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Electronic Transactions」, 「Electronic Financial Transactions Act」, 「Electronic Signature Act」, 「Act on the Promotion of Use of Information and Communication Networks and the Protection of Information, etc.」, 「Visit Sales, etc. Act」, 「Framework Act on Consumers」
  • 4. Shall terms under this Terms and Conditions become partially invalid, the remainder will still remain effective.
